An Easter Jelly Bean Poem and A Prayer

Jelly bean prayer This are two a really fun ways to share the Easter story. Find each color Jelly bean and put it in an egg. Then on Easter morning, or during the week share the story!

Red is for the blood He gave

Green is for the grass He made.

Yellow is or the sun so bright.

Orange is for the edge of night.

Black is for the sins we made.

White is for the grace He gave.

Purple is for His hour of sorrow.

Pink is for our new tomorrow.

An egg full of jelly beans, colorful and sweet is a prayer,

a promise, A loved one’s treat.

From the day I received my first diary in the second grade, I've had a passion expressing myself through writing. Later as a journalist and novelist, I realized words, if used powerfully, have the ability to touch, stir, and reach from the depths of one soul to another. Today as a writing and health coach, I inspire others to live their extraordinary life and encourage them to share their unique stories.
